Late Payments
• Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services. • Logivanta Services Pvt Ltd reserves the right to recover any overdue amounts through legal or collection channels if required.

Non-Refundable Payments
- Payments made for services rendered under circumstances listed in our Refund Policy – Non-Refundable Circumstances are non-refundable.
- This includes any damages caused due to natural disasters, climate events, or unavoidable transport issues, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Dispute Resolution
- Any payment disputes should be reported to support@logivantaservices.com within 7business days of payment.
